Kolak Pisang Jakarta
Kolak pisang is my favorite food, if the month of fasting has come. Food may only be found in the month of fasting alone or there may be in the traditional markets.
Banana compote is a kind of snack made from coconut milk, brown sugar, bananas would fund. You can add as yams, cassava, or pumpkin.
Let us try to make a banana compote. You can see pictures of my post. This is the result of the banana compote I had made.
The materials will you need :
- Pisang Tanduk atau kepok
- Brown Sugar or sand sugar
- Coconut oil
- pandanus
- salt
How to make Kolak Pisang
- Boil 1000 ml water in boil fan
- When it’s boiled, coconut oil, put brown sugar, Pisang Tanduk, Panadanus and salt spoon of tea.
- once a while you have to stir it until all the gravy turn to brown
- Reduce fire slightly.
- if the Kolak pisang already boiled then you can serve it in a bowl cup

Coriander
Did you know Coriander? The Forms of herbs are small granules appear looks like to pepper but the smaller size then the pepper. The aroma is typical of Sting, easily distinguishable pepper. I guess all housewives can recognize by the size.

For the food, coriander usually used for gives more taste to the food and some of the food will taste very good. View from the usefulness, coriander it’s become famous spices for add in the serve or to cure some dieses.
Not only are the seeds often used for cooking. Compound leaves like celery, sliced thin and sprinkled frequently used in dishes such as soups and salads typical Thai. In Thai country, coriander known as phak chee. Same with the seeds, coriander leaves too sharply

Bakpao
Bakpao is Chinese traditional food, in Indonesia the food made by tionghoa who lives in Indonesia. The food actually like bread but the looks like bun bread so can put content inside the food.
Usually in Indonesia traditional market they put the inside with meat or green beans which already boil before with coconut oil mix with sugar. How to distinguish? Unique way is by put some mark on the bottoms of the Bakpao with red mark and who did not have the mark is for the green beans.

Explanation:
How to make
- Put all the ingredients’ (except the shortening) into the mixing bowl. Use dough hook and mix with maximum speed 1 for a minute using mixer.
- Change to speed 2 and mix until 5 minutes.
- Add more the shortening and mix again with speed 2 until 11 minutes or until you have the dough. Let the dough until you have 28◦C
- weigh ounces and rounded dough
- Proofing until 45 minutes or until you has double size of it.
- steam for 12 minutes with small fire
