Kolak Pisang Jakarta
Kolak pisang is my favorite food, if the month of fasting has come. Food may only be found in the month of fasting alone or there may be in the traditional markets.
Banana compote is a kind of snack made from coconut milk, brown sugar, bananas would fund. You can add as yams, cassava, or pumpkin.
Let us try to make a banana compote. You can see pictures of my post. This is the result of the banana compote I had made.
The materials will you need :
- Pisang Tanduk atau kepok
- Brown Sugar or sand sugar
- Coconut oil
- pandanus
- salt
How to make Kolak Pisang
- Boil 1000 ml water in boil fan
- When it’s boiled, coconut oil, put brown sugar, Pisang Tanduk, Panadanus and salt spoon of tea.
- once a while you have to stir it until all the gravy turn to brown
- Reduce fire slightly.
- if the Kolak pisang already boiled then you can serve it in a bowl cup
