Donat

The materials will be used to make the donuts

The main ingredients:
- Wheat Prime gr 1000
- Instant Yeast 12 gr
- Water 410 ml
- Soft Sugar 120 gr
- 10 g salt
- Butter or margarine 110 gr
- Liquid Milk 130 ml
- Yellow Eggs 90 g
- Baking Powder 3 g

Supplementary Material
- 100 gr grated cheese
- Chocolate 150 gr
- Mustard 100 gr

Spreads (Cream)
- 175 gr Margarine
- Soft Sugar 125 gr
- Sweetened condensed milk 35 gr
- Rum 1.75 gr

How to Make it

1. Mix all dry materials into the mixer. Then Enter the yellow eggs, fresh milk, some water
and stir gently until the dough together
2. Margarine input (Yellow) continue to beat with speeds in the raise until the dough becomes dull.
3. Remove from the mixer, rest for 10 minutes.
4. Create Roll dough until it reaches a thickness of 15 mm and printed with a printing donuts.

Fried Tempeh with Flour / Tempe Goreng Tepung

Tempeh is a food made from fermented soya beans or other materials that use some type of fungus Rhizopus, such as Rhizopus oligosporus, Rh. oryzae, Rh. stolonifer (bread mold), or Rh. arrhizus. Preparation of fermentation is generally known as “yeast tempe”.

Tempe has the potential to be used against free radicals, which can delay the aging process and prevent the occurrence of degenerative diseases (atherosclerosis, coronary heart disease, diabetes mellitus, cancer, etc.). Also tempe also contains antibacterial substances cause of diarrhea, lower blood cholesterol, prevent heart disease, hypertension, etc. (http://id.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tempe).

The composition of tempe good nutrition levels of proteins, fats, and carbohydrates did not change much compared to soybeans. Materials that will be used:
1. Tempe is already in thinly sliced.
2. Flour 200 ml.
3. Little bit of Salt.
4. A leek finely sliced finely
5. And Food Flavour

How to make it:
1. Make a batter of flour and water mixture, stir until the liquid

3. Put the tempeh slices into batter until all the dough mixed with tempeh.

Boiled Egg Cow Eyes

An egg is one of kind of food that we use for many kind of use; we can use the egg as a food ingredient or can be for use for consumed. Normally an egg that can be consumed from bird family like chicken, duck, and goose but most of all more chicken eggs used in the community and food product.

For serve the eggs better if we boil, cause the from the nutrition presentation boil or steam have 98 % score, higher then fried 85% – 95 % or eaten raw 50 %.

If you have cholesterol disease doesn’t eat the yolk or limited the used. Causes the yolks have high calorie that will increase you blood pressure.

So how to make the eggs cow eyes without losing nutrition?

Ingredients:

  1. one or two egg
  2. warm water 100 ml
  3. salt
  4. pepper

Additional ingredients:

  1. Red onions
  2. white onions
  3. chili

How to

  1. slice the onions and chilli become small pieces
  2. Prepare the fried fan and pour 100 ml warm water into the fan. use the small fire

  4. Pour the slice, salt and pepper around the eggs.
