Soy Sauce
How to make delicious soy sauce:
1. Take a sweet soy sauce (of whatever brand).
2. Pour into small bowl sufficiently.
3. Squeeze the lemon juice and pour it into the bowl containing the sauce.

Vegetable Spinach From Jakarta
Jakarta-vegetables spinach styles are the favorites of those who lived around Jakarta city. This vegetable usually grows at cool area.
Spinach vegetable is cheap vegetables that every house wife can make. With some additional ingredients and I’m sure your family will like it.
Vegetable spinach content a lot of vitamins that our body needs, The amarante iron content is relatively higher than that other leaf vegetables (iron is a constituent of the cytochrome, a protein involved in photosynthesis), so useful for its anemia.um patients.
Ingredients
1. Spinach Vegetables (take the leaf only)
2. Two red onion
3. One white onion
4. Small Green chili
5. One Tomatoes
6. Food Seasonings
And How To Make:
1. Clean the Spinach Leaf with cool water.
2. Slice the onion and small greed chili
3. Prepared the fan for fried the onions and green chili
4. Pour one on the spoon of coconut oil into the fan and fried the onions, green chili about a second. Then put all the leaf with 200 ml cool water.
5. Cook until boiling, then put little bit of salt and few food seasonings. and don’t forget to put the tomatoes.
6. Taste it, if the tastes still not enough you can add salt and food seasonings, defend on your taste.
7. Mix well. Don’t cook to long. If its leaves had wilted then pour it in to the vegetable bowl. And serve it for one or two people.
For additional materials you can add like meat ball, baby corn or sweat corn, carrot.

Kolak Pisang Jakarta
Kolak pisang is my favorite food, if the month of fasting has come. Food may only be found in the month of fasting alone or there may be in the traditional markets.
Banana compote is a kind of snack made from coconut milk, brown sugar, bananas would fund. You can add as yams, cassava, or pumpkin.
Let us try to make a banana compote. You can see pictures of my post. This is the result of the banana compote I had made.
The materials will you need :
- Pisang Tanduk atau kepok
- Brown Sugar or sand sugar
- Coconut oil
- pandanus
- salt
How to make Kolak Pisang
- Boil 1000 ml water in boil fan
- When it’s boiled, coconut oil, put brown sugar, Pisang Tanduk, Panadanus and salt spoon of tea.
- once a while you have to stir it until all the gravy turn to brown
- Reduce fire slightly.
- if the Kolak pisang already boiled then you can serve it in a bowl cup
